- Complimentary Return Window: 60 days from the date of delivery.
- Refund Value: 100% of the original item value.
- Shipping: Fully covered by Tivinta (Free Return Shipping).
- Restocking: No additional fees applied.
- Processing Time: Refunds are finalized within 8 business days.
Conditions of Return
To preserve the quality of our collections, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all designer tags and original packaging intact. Returns that show signs of wear, perfume scents, alterations, or damage may be declined by our quality assurance team.
How to Initiate a Return
Simply contact our Client Care team within the 60-day window. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns outside of this process may not be accepted.
The Refund Process
Once your return arrives at our studio, it will undergo a thorough inspection within 1–3 business days. Upon approval, a refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method. Please allow a short period for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, please notify our concierge within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will prioritize a complimentary replacement or a full refund for you.
Important Style Notes
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To secure a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
- Partial returns from a single order are welcomed.
- Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Tivinta reserves the right to limit return services for accounts showing irregular or abusive purchasing patterns.
