DMCA Policy
At Gauzstore, we believe that true style is built on original creative vision. We hold the highest respect for intellectual property rights and are dedicated to protecting the artistry within the women's apparel and design industry. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we maintain a rigorous process for handling copyright inquiries.
Filing a Copyright Inquiry
If you believe that your original creative work or design has been showcased within our boutique without proper authorization, please provide our Concierge team with the following details:
- Artistic Description: A detailed identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Digital Location: The specific URL(s) on our platform where the material is located.
- Contact Information: Your full name, professional address, and email for correspondence.
- Good Faith Statement: A declaration that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized.
- Verification: A statement of accuracy, under penalty of perjury, and your electronic signature.
The Counter-Notice Process
In the spirit of fairness, if you believe that content was removed due to a misunderstanding or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notice. This should include your professional contact details, a good faith statement regarding the error, and your consent to legal jurisdiction.
Our Ethical Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, Gauzstore will perform a swift internal review. We reserve the right to restrict or remove content that infringes upon the creative rights of others. Should a valid counter-notice be filed, we will follow the legal procedures for potential restoration of the content.
Creative Standards
Gauzstore values the integrity of the fashion community. Accounts or partners involved in repeated violations of our intellectual property standards may be permanently suspended from our digital sanctuary.
Atelier Disclaimer
While most of our collection is designed in-house, some content may be provided by artistic third-party partners. If you feel any of your rights have been overlooked, we encourage you to follow the Concierge process outlined above.
